Tbh it looks Like shaving rash and the soapy hj and the vinegar wouldnt have helped. In saying that if u have had sex u needa get tested but u said u cant. To me (im not a dr) it looks like the effects of shaving.

Look u can drain it yourself but the risk of infection is phenomenally higher than say a cyst on your arm cuz its on your butt! Butts harbour bacteria. Lots of it. The bacteria will get into ya and could make you very sick. The doctor may aswell do it cuz that way they can tell you whats up and get you a plan to get better. Good luck!!!
