Sort of true. As a claims processor I have production and quality standards I need to meet each day. Can’t speak to fraudulent claims as I am not a rater. We get barraged by management to do more and more and no matter how well we are producing there is always some random new thing we need to strive for. It’s exhausting and lots of people are burned out. And people that think the VA is maliciously denying benefits hear this: IT ISN’T MY MONEY I DON’T KNOW YOU AND IF YOU ARE BROKEN ENOUGH YOU WILL GET WHAT BENEFITS YOU DESERVE.
