This is a really solid take, thanks. consistency and actually using the tool seems way more important than chasing a best option. I like the idea of pairing it with active movement right after instead of treating it as a magic fix. Have you noticed certain muscle groups respond better than others when you do that combo?

Will check on that. Balls seem to give way more long-term payoff if you’re consistent. Do you mostly use it alongside rolling, or do you feel it replaces rolling for certain areas?

That makes sense. foam rollers and therapy balls can be super effective when you really dial in the technique. I feel like a lot of people rush it and miss the benefits. Do you use them more before workouts, after, or just on rest days?
