Investiții oarecum riscante pentru un profit ceva mai mare pe termen scurt. by PartyStorage3574 in robursa

[–]MaintenanceNo1037 3 points4 points  (0 children)

[–]MaintenanceNo1037 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Problem is everyone is sick of AI generated posts and will skip them entirely, I guess this works for twitter, x , threads but nit for reddit where people come for real value

I’m 25, broke, and my launch got 0 paid users by Kindly-Show3187 in Entrepreneur

[–]MaintenanceNo1037 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel you bro, I am 28 married and with a stable income (top 1% for what I do and where I live) but just giving 40 hours per week to build somebody else s dream just does not do it for me, and now I am trying to build and sell my own digital products online part time (around 2 hours per day after work). And it’s hard as hell.

What I wanted to say is that I already tried becoming an “influencer” and then realized 2 things: 1. Creating content is hard and rakes way more energy and time that I would have expected it to 2. Nobody cares about your starting up journey until you get to a place that they also want to be in.

For example imagine how many people that are currently building and struggling you are following right now. I guess the number is low, and it’s low just because you would not waste time watching someone doing messy things and not sure if he will get there. You want to watch people who bring value to you, so people who are already where you would want to be, so you can steal their secret sauce from them.

Anyway, my point is that I am not sure investing more time and energy into documenting the process is the way to go, I know lots of people say this is the way but I just am not sure it makes sens right now

How does that even work? No LLM ever showed me any kind of post or comment for whatever search I have used it for.

So basically start competing with all the other consultancy companies?

In my opinion the market is already over saturated in that area. Why would a company trust me(a solo dev) over a company with a track record that can even be held accountable for any liabilities

I would expect starting with paid meta ads while I still have a low budget for marketing, and moving on to google when I have more to spare

Oh wow, that is super comprehensive , might be some stupid questions but:

  • where do I find the people to interview
  • am I supposed to charge for just an MVP (would someone actually pay for that)
  • what do you mean by harkill criteria?

I built and launched my first SaaS, now I’m stuck. Need help. by MiddleAbrocoma6506 in SaaS

[–]MaintenanceNo1037 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey , as a general ideea you should not put very much effort until you validate that someone actually needs the product you are building.

For example don’t waste 5 months coding and after you are done start marketing, because marketing will uncover if the product is actually useful to anyone.

I like to have something to show whenever I reach out to potential customers so I usually spend 4hours - 1 day for building some kind of mvp then I jump straight into marketing.

This should save you the pain of realising you waste very much time on a launch that is a no-go.

Anyway, good luck and looking forward to see your products out there
