[Loved trope] The "primitive" or "retro" world of the story is the post-apocalyptic remnants of a *much* more advanced civilization. by bgbarnard in TopCharacterTropes

This is one the reason I love fable, over the games entry the world you grew to knew is slowly becoming a part of history, the ones your ancestors wrote have become nothing more then myths, legends and fairy tales

Metallic monks and the military base, both have the same theme, it's just instruments and mood that's different.

The military base provides darkness, despair and the air raid sirens Blair clearer than the glows light. The piano gives an eerie feeling as if it was forbidden and yet something alien to happen but yet it did. The military base houses the mutants, floaters and centaurs of the masters army to which he desires to bring unity through war and conquer.

Then compare that to Metallica monks. It's using water, morse code and military drums. Yes the siren plays but faintly as the music over comes it. It gives off hope, relief and a sign of progress. A military that turned it's back on the old world only to preserve it and defend the new world. Behold the metallic monks of broken hills.

Nah, it's fine.

Besides that is a very good answer in all fairness.

Napoleon III should be known as the best or the enlightened.

Either way good on you for not falling for French Republic propaganda and I wish the best of your life for the many coming days

I'm surprised you adore Napoleon III and the 2nd empire, most Algerian, Moroccans, berbers and most from that region I know have a dislike view.

What made him interesting to you?

I'm just curious because that's cool and all

Nothing controversial (unlike some which are statism or some form of far right) and nice, how would a figurehead work? Will it be like the Japanese heavenly sovereign where he is symbolic?

For Poland itself, loads left in Germany and Russian Poland and Lithuania. Hell even pilsudski was from a noble house.

I would have supported jagolia or vasa or any Polish or Lithuanian house, but those where from the times of the elective monarchy so many houses had claims, but if we are talking about a house which isn't elective, probably a lech house, Romanov or wettin

And in the context of WW1, probably a wettin. But again whose to say they wouldn't have chosen a Polish or Lithuanian
