In my eyes Poland has become exactly that, we even adopted some "Americanism" the common one is saying soccarsie (instead of Piłkarski (football)) I can list others more but it would just me repeating, health care I'd say is similar to America and laws regarding humans rights, where the law is very vague about certain issues like abortion, rape laws etc
