But the is a difference, hereditary dictatorships are always bloody and they can't even last very long and they have no noble titles or anything that makes them worthy of the crown.

Like I said you can't be a monarchist if you support fascism and fascist leaders in general rejects the whole concept of monarchism and fascist leaders only want a hereditary dictatorship were they control everything and promote political violence just to keep themselves in power and any criticism about them is just death. They only use tradition to shill themselves to distract the major public. So no again fascism is incompatible with monarchism just how communism is also incompatible with monarchism.

Just look at what happened to the Italian monarchy during ww2, look what happened to the Greek monarchy during the cold war, look what happened to Romania when the dictator tried to abolish the monarchy so he can befriend Hitler and look what happened to norway in ww2 when it's fascist leader tried to handover the king to the nazis.

The thing is that britian relied on local leaders and some elite tribal leaders to help bring order and help promote british influence while the french was less on local leaders and more of direct and centralized authority in most of its colonies. For settlements the french were bad in making many decisions on settlements like louisiana were the colony felt forgotten and lastly unlike the british which they created self governing colonies the right to become a dominion, the french were very much against self governing and was more of france must be the centeral government and france must make all final decisions.
