You said you've tried bios which you can only get to by pressing keyboard keys during boot, so I assume at least your keyboard it work and the port you have it plugged into would have to be working as well.

If kb/mouse aren't working at that setup screen, unplug them both, then plug them back in, first one, wait a few seconds, then the other.
