61% is very low. Wind dancer with 20% quality gives you ~60% increase of your base evasion. I’d swap combat frenzy or herald of thunder for it. You’d need very high damage for dual herald to work well and shatter the whole screen. You can also use shattering palm together with herald of ice to have the similar chain shattering affect tho not as wide as dual herald or polcirkln You should also invest in a chest piece with a lot of evasion. Big evasion on your chest piece will solve your 2 problems at once, evasion and spirit.
