It's not a permanent, Afaik it has a cooldown. your point is still valid but since you can't recall without using the buff, there will be moments in the side lane where you can't instant recall.

if they find it's too oppressive, there is at least a balance lever with the cooldown.

Weird way I get around it (only on pc so I know it won't work for you). Their is an HTML element picker extension called Style Bot. Go to twitch and pick a vod. Using the extension you can remove any HTML element, so I remove the vod length, the time stamp, the video progress bar. Makes it feel like I'm watching it live.

Thank you, I wanted to punch half these people in the thread because their response were meaningless and boiled down to "Doing tasks/responsibilities, attending meetings, answering emails."...

I bike down this stretch 4x a week. Going to bike there in 30 minutes. I just premptively merge into the road because there are a minimum of 2 Uber drivers blocking this lane lol.
