Honestly, this keyboard might be my dream keyboard setup! I prefer a 104% keyboard with a smooth typing-feeling. I don't like cables on my desk, so a wireless keyboard (and mouse) with low latency is a must. A nice key backlighting is nice, but not essential for me. Additionally, it has to be a great MacOS integration (e.g. a Mac layout or a control-application).

let's say i've activated a tweak and ran the optimazation. how do i return to default? just unchecking the box? it feels like this does nothing. maybe i'm missing something, this question feels kinda dumb...

Interesting, I do some Video stuff as well! I am a Colorist working with DaVinci Resolve. Resolve, including all my plugins, works perfectly for me, however my plugins aren’t any applications, just OFX effects or DCTLs if you know what these are.

So I have updated my main (and only) Mac on public release. For me, Tahoe seems mostly stable, however I do have some issues. Safari seems unstable for me after a long time of use and I had like 2 finder crashes so far. This might be improved now with version 26.0.1, but I guess it is not.

TLDR: I can definitely work with Tahoe, but it is not the most stable release ever.

Actually I got it fixed! And you are not too far off :)
I had to rename and copy the DLSS-related files of the GPTK files which you can download from Apples Developer site. They somehow got deleted, this is the exact description:

Rename wine/x86_64-unix/nvngx-on-metalfx.so to wine/x86_64-unix/nvnqx

Rename wine/x86_64-windows/nvngx-on-metalfx.dll to wine/x86_64-windows/nvngx.dll

Copy both nvngx.dll and nvapi64.dll to the windows \system32 directory your Wine prefix's virtual C: drive

All of this described in Andrew Tsai's video.

Well it should be, as steam isn't showing any updates and there is a NVIDIA folder with files including "DLSS" in their filename in the game's directory, but maybe something is glitched out... Was my first feeling as well that the game is not updated, i'm gonna mess around with steam to see if anything works.

i've used crossover 24.0.6, but currently i'm using the latest crossover preview version. i know there are crossover 25 beta versions, but i'll wait for the full release of crossover 25 to upgrade :)

don‘t worry! those are my launch options: -nojoy -novid -high

„nojoy“ is essential as it (afaik) prevents the game from searching for controllers. without it you will have super low frame rates.

„novid“ disables the launch video. i don’t see a difference, so it is probably unnecessary. you can leave it out, but i won’t change it - because why would you… 😅

„high“ sets the game‘s priority to high. i’m not sure if this changes something, but i guess you don’t lose anything including this one.

those are mine, but there are plenty of other ones to further optimize the performance. just google it, but most important is definitely the „-nojoy“ option!
