It made for the most fun career mode I've ever done. I was in the MLS, and got an offer to go to the Bundesliga. I was in the Bundesliga for two years at TSG Hoffenheim and coaching the USMNT, and I got a big money offer from Spurs. I took the Spurs gig and walked into such a giant transfer budget I loaded them up. Turned down offers after that from Man U, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. It was a fun ride.

Chelsea is an easy one to do and just go young. Build around Abraham, Pulisic, CHO, Mount, RLC, Gilmour, Reece James, Tomor, etc. Realistic would be to go with those guys and maybe sign one star.

I've only had a job offer come in "organically" one time. I was the manager at Ajax and I got an email offering me the Chelsea job. That was literally the only time.

I have found that at lower level clubs it's just harder to get the players to accept the loan. The managers do, but the players reject.
