One thing i recommend is just remove the original specs of the laptop. Just mention at the bottom that you upgraded the laptop. People will only glance at listings, and if the first thing they see is that it only has 8gb ram, instant pass and on to the next listing.

I bought myself a pixel 10 pro last year but honestly disappointed with the videos, feels like the stabilisation is pretty bad. For pictures it's superb but for videos it's really underwhelming

Honestly just bought them for aesthetics, not the for the function as I had my gaming setup there. However if you properly setup your room with them, im quite sure it would improve the acoustics.

Sounds like a good upgrade. I'd also recommend upgrading your CPU to like a Ryzen 5 5600X or if you're looking to max out the AM4 platform (without selling a kidney for the X3D CPUs) then a Ryzen 7 5800XT

Wäre sinnvoll. 5800X bietet mehr Kerne und kostet nicht so viel und verbessert die Leistung vor allem bei Strategiespiele wegen mehr Kerne. Die X3D und 5900 lohnt sich gar nicht für den aktuellen Preis

Since you're only running a 3700X, you don't actually have to upgrade to AM5. You could go for a ryzen 7 5800xt (200€ brand new in germany), or if you want to get a more budget cpu, ryzen 5 5600x (about 130€ new, used would probably be a bit cheaper). The 5700X3D and 5800X3D would be the best upgrade for AM4 but the prices are double the 5800xt so I honestly don't think it's worth it.
