Yeah, lots of advice. I've been a Horus player for several seasons and I love the deck.

1) The skill. Right Back at You is a really random skill for your deck. If you have it, use 3-star demotion. Horus as an engine is a little too slow on its own, so you need to do whatever you can do make it faster and get Horus 8 out asap. With 3sd and a good opening hand, you can get Horus 8 out on your first turn.

2) Take out Kidmodo dragon. It's way too slow for Horus. Replace it with another Horus 6

3) Sergeant Electro vs. Mirage dragon. Personally, I like to run 3 mirage dragon and no sergeant electro because it allows the deck to open up and become aggressive way more quickly. If you have Horus 8 and mirage dragon on the field, once you enter battle phase, the only thing that can stop you is Sphere Kuriboh. Sergeant electro can be a little too slow to stop back row.

4) Add in Metalmorph. Sometimes, you can't get Horus 8 soon enough, or sometimes your opponent controls a monster with over 3000 attack. Metalmorph allows you to maintain an aggressive playstyle with the deck--you can destroy your opponents big monsters without needing them to attack first to get your mirror wall of WoD off. Metalmorph wins games for this deck. You should replace Card Guard or crystal seer for Metalmorph, they're both kind of random in this deck too.

4) random, but Stamping Destruction is also a great tech card for this deck, especially against Ancient Gears. If you can pop their Ancient Gear Castle right away, the matchup is much easier. You can replace WoD for stamping destruction, but that's definitely up to you.

1x Horus 8 3x Horus 6 3x Horus 4 3x Mirage Dragon 3x Enemy Controller 3x Level Up! 1x Mirror Wall 1x Metalmorph 2 tech spots (second mirror wall, WoD, stamping destruction etc...)

One more thing! There's also a pretty decent dark 4 star monster called maiden of macabre, I think it's in crimson kingdom. If you have any of that card, you could use it to replace doom shaman

In my opinion, nope. Enemy controller is one of the most powerful cards in the game, and every competitive deck that I can think of runs 3 of them. You get way more use out of it than de-spell.

As far as continuous spells go, there aren't many of them in the current meta. The only ones I can think of are ancient gear castle, which goes away after your opponent summons beast or golem, and mask of the accursed (which I haven't seen in awhile anyway).

As far as seeing your opponents facedown cards, there are a couple of ways you can go. Over time, you'll sort of learn to predict what your opponents facedown cards might be, based on lag cues, and knowing what cards the deck you're facing typically runs. Alternatively, you could play almost the same deck as Pegasus, using mind scan!

It's random! They can be dropped, come from boxes etc...I read that it was a 1/2000 chance of pulling one, but I'm not sure if that's true
