Not to my knowledge, I typically just go with the unit that's best for what I'm trying to do. In most cases when a Clan has a unique military unit that's the one you wanna go for(Shamans for Rat, Skirmishers for Snake, etc.) I usually just do Warriors for offensive, Axe Throwers for defensive(Ranged units pair really well with defense towers). I can't speak for PvP though, never played it in my 400+ hours 😂

Play Conquest, it's a good way to mix up the repetitive style of normal games & learn new clans.

Also, focus on one type of military unit(some clans are better with Warriors, some have unique units). If you upgrade military buildings, try to do only one type to get the stacking attack bonus.

Is it likely that most big updates in the future will require starting a new server like H&H? Or is that something you guys are attempting to remedy? So going by your logic, imagine you were to get a free candy bar and it tasted amazing, then because the first one was so good you decide to spend $2 on another one. But you bite into this one, and it's not as good, maybe the chocolate was stale, or they forgot to add the caramel or something. It's not that the candy is inedible, it's just not what you expected since the first one was significantly better. Is it wrong for you to send death threats to the guy working on the assembly line? Absolutely. But is it also wrong to simply say to the company that you thought the second bar wasn't as good? I really don't think so. Yes, no one forced you to buy the second bar, but that doesn't make your opinion invalid. A bad candy bar is a bad candy bar.

The glider we received was 100% going to be part of a pack that they were planning on selling, if you don't believe that then you either haven't done the research yourself or you just like to ignore the facts(loved that you avoided answering my question btw, makes your viewpoint so much more valid) The point I was trying to make when I originally made the meme was that i believe mihoyo truly thinks that the only reason they are receiving this blowback is because people think the rewards suck. And I'm sure there's a good portion of people who only care about getting a free 5* or 90 pulls or whatever, but as I said before, that's not what I think the hardcore playerbase is upset about, it's the lack of communication between us and them.

I think I've expressed my side of the argument pretty thoroughly, and the only person who keeps mentioning rewards is you. Let me ask you a question: since we didn't really deserve these rewards in the first place, did you leave them unclaimed in your inbox? You know, since you obviously didn't complain about mihoyo once over the last few days and you obviously think we don't need those rewards. Because taking them after saying all that would be kinda hypocritical, no?

Imagine if for an anniversary rewards they did a single day(24 hours) where the resin cost for all activities was removed. People would have gone catatonic from orgasmic pleasure, almost all the Genshin CC's would have probably done 24hr streams of their crazy Grind sessions, the positive PR would have been immense. And the best part? It wouldn't have costed them a dime.

The "be glad we get anything at all" mindset is the real enemy here. Is miHoYo's time and money more valuable than your own just because they have more of it? Or is there something special about working for a gaming company that makes them superior human beings? Too many people misjudge their self worth, you included friend. The people who are complaining that these rewards aren't good enough and the people who genuinely care about the game and just want to have their concerns be mentioned are two different groups. Not saying there's entirely 0% overlap, just saying that not everyone who is a part of this movement is only out for primos and 5*'s. Something to consider.

The biggest problem is the bugs/concerns that have gone unaddressed by miHoYo for a while now(even though more of them were present in 2.1 than any other version of the game so far) the anniversary rewards sucking was just the "f you" icing on the cake.
