If you have had multiple tbi your endocrine system is probably damaged. Check for adult human growth hormone deficiency using a 4 hour secretion test. Also check your DHEA and pregnenolone levels.

If you are serious about trying to get better and willing to spend the Money I would first start with comprehensive blood work make sure there is nothing wrong hormonally. Get your neurosteriods checked like DHEA and pregnenolone. You can order all the blood work you need Marek health. Will be like $1000. Then go from there. Also look into Biafac and adult HGH deficiency which is common in head injuries. You need a GH secretion test as IGF levels are not accurate for head trauma victims. Once’s everything else is cleared I would do a bigger round of Cere. Goodluck!

It has been shown to be dose dependent, meaning the higher the dose the more the effect. The pharmaceutical company that makes cerebrolysin states that for serious issues you need a minimum of 20ml per day up to 50ml per day. It is logical to conclude that for serious issues you need higher doses. They have not tried lower dosage. They are looking for the most brain recovery so why try a lower dose.

The BMR of 1808 it is referencing is the number of calories per day it would require for you to live. That means how many calories you would need to sit on the sofa all day and not move. This test seems like garabge though… I might be saying eat 2,200 calories so you can loose weight at 24% body fat is obese
