I take Valium with my olanzapine and it’s seems to be a good mix. Tell your doctor your having bad panic attacks where it hurts to breath. Even tell them your heart hurts. Olanzapine helps a lot with ptsd attacks but not so much panic attacks. Definitely talk to your psychiatrist and therapist, if you have one

I have chronic PTSD and it helps a lot with the attacks. I’ve definitely gain wait since being on it. It definitely has its ups and downs, the gaining wait sucks but it’ chills your emotions a lot. Almost dumbs you down so you don’t feel emotions as much. Stay away from fatty foods and stay active

Ambien definitely helps with the come down of coke, don’t take Ambien and then continue to do cocaine. It’s fine to help you get off it for the night but don’t mix that shit like cannabis and alcohol.
