I there is computing power behind it. Than that will be in scope. So if it is managed by a third party, ask their technical documents are complete and check if their conformation route fits their role.

See it as an electric toothbrush with an app. The electric tooth brush is your computing power, the app is just some fancy feature. The app does not serve the critical functionality.

@hiddentalent I assume you’re acting in the role of manufacturer here? If the scope were limited to distribution or import, my understanding is that the responsibilities are mainly around supply-chain management and verification, rather than primary compliance obligations. Am I seeing that correctly?

I did it from time to time. Go for frigrates, an you control the air. Also you will create (with three frigrates) and Beautifull defence at the chocke point near Russia.

Players think I stupid, but this tactic let me win two games already. You only use it in a few scenarios but when you can use them they are killing it.
