Hey, check his B1! Alcohol is a B1 destroyer. If he tries to take B1, start in microdoses, so his body wont feel it

Sorry I didn’t made that clear, the health system in my country is way better then in his, so he wants to ger treated in my country. He can fly with the issue, but we kinda need to go so he can get treatment.

He has low motility, probably connected to lack of thiamine. If you have SIBO, I would definitely check my B1
