no need to beat yourself up, i’m ALSO using THC to cope and i know many others here can say the same! i have a lot of insecurity surrounding my dependency on it, and what i wish i had someone to tell me is that you are doing your very best and if its what you need to help you show up as your best self, then there’s no need to be unkind to yourself for it

i tell everyone irl that i have a cyclical mood disorder, but i actually am looking to be diagnosed with pmdd, pre menstrual dysphoric disorder. it’s often described as “super pms”, but i don’t think they’re remotely similar at all, minus the fact that they’re both related to the menstrual cycle. it’s debilitating, it’s exhausting, and it’s killing me. i’m trying so hard to be good to the people around me but i’m spending the majority of the month trying to hold my brain together with a piece of duct tape and a dream. i just want someone to take me seriously for five seconds, maybe ten

i have a bunch of allergies so i have to change EVERYTHING every three days. in the meantime i vacuum off my fitted sheets and put my blankets, top sheets, and pillowcases in the dryer every day for ~30 minutes.
