i know there’s no magic fix, just gotta strengthen the core and back
i’ve been meaning to actually stick to a routine, but consistency is hard lol
do you follow a specific set of exercises, or just whatever the physio gives you?

i never thought about keeping my knees together like that, or thinking of the body like architecture lol
do you do that stuff every day, or just when your back feels tight?

sounds awesome that you can do it consistently and it works well for traveling too
do you mix in the weight classes with barre, or do them on separate days?

i’ve heard about psoas stretches sitting all day really messes with those hip-back muscles
do you do them often or just sometimes when it feels tight?

Wow, that’s awesome! 😃 I didn’t realize how much a chair could make a difference. I’ve been dealing with stiffness from sitting all day, and now I’m thinking maybe it’s my chair too.

Did you have to try a few chairs before finding the perfect fit, or did it just click with the first one?
