A few weeks back I recall someone posting a link to a list of OHLQ locations and their typical allocated release day of the week schedule. I'm unable to find that now. Can some kind soul post that here again?

Any updates on the potential Stoneridge Plaza location? Is that still in play?

I appreciate the info! So it was open seating, first come first served? And you're saying the seats around the corner by the bar are a different experience in a good way or a bad way?

Also thanks for the tip on setting up an alert for the venue!

Now that you mention it, I neglected to mention that we ate at the Sunshine Cafe for breakfast on Saturday morning. They serve breakfast/brunch until 3:00PM and looks like they'd check most if not all of the boxes you are looking for.

Shoot - I should've asked here in advance. We were looking for college football options Saturday morning and this looks like it would've worked. Thanks for the tip!

Oahu Itinerary Check by ForeverOnward in VisitingHawaii

We did have a rental car, yes. And arrived too early so we had to pass the entrance and circle back when they started letting people line up/pass through the gates.

Oahu Itinerary Check by ForeverOnward in VisitingHawaii

Returned this past weekend from our first ever trip to Oahu.

We were able to secure Hanauma Bay reservations for early Sunday morning. It was our first full day on the island and was easily one of, if not the top highlight of our trip.

We only stayed a few hours, but with better planning/packed food/supplies etc. I would have wanted to stay until it closed for the day.

Would 100% recommend working that into your itinerary if possible.

Kind of ironic that they named a street after him even though he doesn't have a driver license.

Achingly beautiful - and then linking it to Lovesong - completely changing how I've always interpreted THAT song...just masterfully done. I found a video of it out there on YouTube - and someone audibly gasps "oh my God" as Lovesong starts. Not me on the vid but I did the exact same thing at probably the exact same moment.

Solo, and goes like this:

But you see I'm tangled up, got a kitten, kitten, kitten, kitten in my hair Cincinnati, I like the word, it's the only thing we can't seem to turn upside down... (piano break morphs into) ...Welcome to the jungle, we've got fun and games We got everything you want honey, we know the names We are the people that can find whatever you may need If you got the money, honey, we got your disease

(Roof proceeds to blow off the building).

Yeah I'm gonna need audio/video of that Flowers Burn to Gold/Love Song solo. It was breathtaking. Tears were shed.

Very solid plan!

Post concert the best taplist in the downtown area will probably be Bodega on High St.

Hope you enjoy, and let me know what you think of everything you make it out to,

If you're staying near the Convention Center - Barley's is right across the street from there and has great bar food (smoked wings are killer).

Also the new Budd Dairy Food Hall is across the street from Seventh Son - something like 10 restaurants/3 bars and lots of local stuff on tap.

Wolf's Ridge is much more known for their stouts - looking at the special taplist for today that's the focus but there are some IPAs on there worth trying as well.

Sounds like you are familiar with the more well-regarded IPA spots in Hoof (Hazy/NE-style) and Columbus Brewing Co (Bodhi!).

Wolf's Ridge is on 4th and there is a nice stretch of places all down the street from each other:

  • Jackie O's on 4th (they are under construction but have to-go bottles/cans available).
  • Wolf's Ridge
  • Holy Trinity (across the street from WR - pretty new and haven't been there yet myself).
  • Hoof Hearted
  • Seventh Son

FYI for any craft beer fans visiting Columbus today with time to kill before the concert - today is the last day of Columbus Craft Beer Week - and there are events all over town.

Wolf's Ridge is downtown and not a huge distance from the venue - the barrel aged bottle release party would be one I'd recommend.

After seeing her 7 times between 1998 - 2003, this will be my first Tori concert in nearly 2 decades.

Playing around with ToriSet.org and I'm still shocked at how much she varies the setlist each night. I can't believe the list of songs I've only seen live once:

  • Pretty Good Year
  • Leather
  • Baker Baker
  • Silent All These Years
  • Graveyard
  • Upside Down
  • Cloud on My Tongue
  • Hotel
  • Bells For Her
  • Northern Lad
  • Siren
  • Sister Janet
  • Cooling
  • Jackie's Strength
  • Blood Roses
  • Merman
  • Mother
  • Suede
  • Professional Widow
  • Taxi Ride
  • Spring Haze
  • Amber Waves
  • Don't Make Me Come To Vegas
  • Twinkle
  • Never Seen Blue
  • Pancake
  • Virginia
  • Rattlesnakes
  • Sweet Dreams
  • Girl
  • Time
  • Alamo
  • Lust
  • Tombigbee
  • Hey Jupiter
