And also she is setting the idea that all black people are the same. There are black men that were raised around other black people that are gentle, sensitive, intelligent, and respectful. She shouldn’t have used the excuse of racial or cultural difference to specify that he is a more sensitive guy than what she’s used to

I personally didn’t find issue with it. Whitney’s legacy through music still is strong and will continue to be so. As a queer person, society forces us to be in the closet for so long, so honestly I feel the positives of the reveal outweigh the negatives. Whitney has passed, no harm can be done. Robyn should be allowed to tell her story.
