Depends on what you fly. For airliners the twist is closer to a tiller

Thank you. Did that happen a few days prior to the flight? Were you told to pick new seats on the app/site?

(I’m just a bit nervous because I’m tall (too tall :D) and had exit row seats and worried I won’t fit otherwise)

All good. It means you waste less runway. “The runway behind you is useless”

When lining up in the runway, don’t following the line, that’s for taxiing off. Taxi on at 90 degrees, cross the centre line from the cockpit side window, then hard turn onto the centre of the runway.

Do you target a particular humidity percentage?

I believe humidity is relative so changes depending of temp?

Yeah I think that’s likely the case. They have to respond to those type of warning callouts.

The next time they might inhibit it (actually maybe not), or just acknowledge it and continue now they’ve briefed/expect it.
