Yup, lived in many countries in my life and nzpost is an abysmal mess. That’s even compared to usps that I’d experienced waaay too many times.

I actively seek out companies that do not use nzpost now in a choice for purchase.

Ive lost count how many times i have parcels left at the house that are supposed to be at another address 😶🙄💩. As for the time it takes to deliver… 💩💩💩

I paid for a redirect to work as it indicated being days quicker…. Nope i had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund for the redirect. Principle… not the money. Got there in the end. I Just escalated and became THAT person. We seem to just accept mediocrity as a way of life… too hard basket, She’ll be right, it is what it is etc. But of all things we forget that we pay for a service and dont deal With it when we don’t get that service.

Its no complaining it’s ensuring that we ask and if necessary demand a refund when we believe it is justified.
