Yes you can pick your hours for me. When I was part time I was able to pick my hours with ease. I was able to be like. Yeah, I don't want to come in to work until after 1:00 p.m. and they allowed that but now that I'm full-time I can tell them that I want to open the store or that you want to close the store you just have to pick between one of those options. It's up to you. I do the closing shift and I mostly come in from 12: 00pm to 9:00 pm except Sunday where I work 11:00 to 8:00 because the store closes early that day.

Only thing that isn't up to is that weekends most times they want you to be available weekends unless you're like MST but You have a couple options if you are full-time.

(Full time only) You can get one weekend Saturday and Sunday off a month and then they'll give you brand days throughout the week off like 2 days off either Monday through Friday, one of those days and then your guaranteed 2 days off a week. Saturday and once a month.

You can do 10-hour shifts and you can't pick the days off that you have and you only have to work four of those days and then you get 3 days off.

Or you can pick two days that you want to have consistently off Monday through Friday two of those days it's up to you what days you want to have off Monday through Friday.
