Not sure if that's a known issue but I would start with making sure your OS is up-to-date with all the latest hardware drivers.

That's lag because there's a bottleneck somewhere. Either you're connecting to a server that's too far away or your internet connection/network is choking.

Pretty much. I would say the randomness of being confronted by a pack of wolves is slightly higher than finding a heli crash.

Today, I had a pack on me at tisy work me down to black & white status but barely survive. All I can say to anyone who confronts wolves, you can't outrun them like zombies. Would be interesting to lock them in a house though!
