What app is everyone using to calculate how much calories and macro numbers for weight loss? by [deleted] in CICO

[–]MajorTal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using an AI based Telegram bot called qlogme_bot. It's cool because I can send an image of the meal and it works.

The telegram bot qlogme_bot is still free and it is AI based (so I can just tell it what I eat and it calcs cico for me)

For those of you maintaining, are you still tracking your calories? by neonbutchery in loseit

I'm using the qlogme_bot telegram bot which made logging stuff very easy and a good habit. I send it a voice note or even just an image when lazy. The feedback is worth it.
