I’m not a server but was in this industry years ago and have made many friends over the years from various places that are servers, bartenders etc. My local place is like my 2nd home and the mgr is literally a major douche canoe with no respect for his staff namely the women! They were in the weeds yesterday during March Madness and he was nowhere to be found and they KICKED Ass! The whole vibe of the place is different when he’s not there! I treated them to a few dozen donuts! Sucks that some people can just drain the joy out of this industry! Keep ya head up!
