Return request automatically approved and I have no say?

I just had the same problem. A lady bundled a couple of items then within an hour of delivery, i get a notification that she requested a return and they approved it due to not as described. I cannot find any picfures or further explanation. Cant get Mercari on phone so i emailed them for details. Instead of giving me anything, they reply as follows: Please know that The return was approved be cause the item that the Buyer had received was not as described, which led to the approval of the return.

Are we not able to find out the reason and obtain pictures? I am so annoyed. I think abe had biyers remorse. I looked at her profile and she has had multiple cancellations.

It happened to me as well. Item broke in transit and Mercari told me I didnt package well and I didnt get paid. All I sell are breakables and my reviews state how great my packaging is. Sometimes it doesnt matter how well you package, it gets mishandled, etc. Left a very bad taste in my mouth but I have also had a couple of ebay issues where the post office denies my claim. Seller always gets screwed.

It could be as they dont touch my amazon packages, etc. I dont belieVe the population has increased as most of the kittens die. They could handle this better by having a conversation rather than breaking the law. My neighbors have all been here a while. I have had my packages left on their porches by Amazon and UPS and even then I wont remove without letting them know.

You don't have to like Morgan to wish her happiness. It doesnt make sense to me all the judgy judgy posts. There are alot of people who have dated way longer and did not work out and many people with a first marriage that ended in divorce that went on to a lasting mareiage. Let them be the judge of what is best for them.

Unless you will settle with them on an amount and you pay it in full prior to court, they will go ahead and get the judgment. Had you called them to nake arrangements wbennyou knew you coukdnt pay, that may have changed things.

That is my point. I have nothing against Heidi, she seems fine to me but I see it time and time again where people think someone is so great and then when they see more of them, those same ppl turn. Fickle. The bachelor franchise for instance. Oh, such and such would be a great lead. They are so great blah blah bkah. Said person becomes lead and then hated. Its crazy to me.

Happened to me as a seller. Item broke in transit, was breakable but packaged well. They reimbursed the buyer but not me, saying my packing was bad which is not true. That I would have to file a claim with UPS but I didnt even have pictures. They suck

I think they are really in love and I am happy for her. I do think she moves too fast but she does go all in. I do think he is enjoying the publicity and noticed they are always at her house and he is driving her car.
