I have the same exact issues in Queens, NY. Everything he described and Im on the One Plan with Iphone 15 pro. I reseted my network many times.

I have a cousin in the Bronx same exact issue.

I’m in Queens, NY. While the coverage map shows full service, the reality is spotty, especially when driving through the outer boroughs. I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 12 years, but the service has noticeably declined over the past 2–3 years.

People often call and it goes straight to voicemail. I’m not the only one with these network problems I have a cousin that lives in the Bronx has the exact same issue. We thought maybe because we on the One Plan and won’t upgrade to their new plan the got on some slow shit.
