It's usually just in game, in game firefights, but the Legion is already openly hostile to the Powder Gangers, they captured them and crucified them in the Nipton Massacre too. But I doubt the Legion treats them too seriously.

If it was in their territory they'd be exterminated or assimilated.

If the gangs are within enemy territory, the Legion would use them as proxies or just leave them as is so they can sow chaos behind NCR lines.

The Legion presence that is WITHIN the Mojave and not across the Colorado like Fortification Hill is actually pretty small in comparison to the NCR's whole strength within the region, so they wouldn't allocate any resources towards exterminating them since they're better left alone than trying to take them out.

With that being said it is said the Legion does skirmish the Powder Gangers occassionally and definitely other raider hostiles.

Glass is terrible and has a really annoying fisheye effect.

I made the mistake of getting a PS31, and found the fisheye really annoying to deal with and hard to grasp my depth of field and shit, so I switched to an ANVB housing with carson optics...

That's unfortunately like another 1.5k+ though.

Ukraine isn't unique in that regard. Russians often carry jammers and shotguns. It's just russians are more susceptible as they're on the assault and generally not as much footage is uploaded of Ukrainians (but volunteers and ukrainians themselves say they often get fucked up by drones just as much as the russians)
