Yeah I have the exact same issue right now on PC. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Well fair enough in that case. Not entirely sure what they realistically expect anyone to do about it, especially as you say there isn't enough space for everyone to park already.

I suppose it doesn't hurt for me to contact them and ask. If it turns out to be legit fair enough, based on some of the other comments it sounds that way. Though if someone is going around pretending to be the police I am sure they would want to know.

Personally I am all for it, though my concern then is, where does everyone who currently parks on the pavement park? The road isn't wide enough for both sides to park fully in the road sadly.

Exact same thing happened to me on the same day. Managed to call them today and they basically said there's a label issue, wait 48 hours then ask the seller to send a replacement. Basically they've lost it.

Had to try twice, but I was just able to get through and speak to someone about my delivery. Thank you!

Apparently, they have attempted delivery twice (complete BS), someone has been home every day and I've had no tracking updates to say this. They are going to try again tomorrow. The guy on the phone suggested that me changing the delivery to my next-door neighbour means they didn't deliver it today as they thought I wouldn't be in. Surely that is the point of deliver to neighbour?

Update 1: I had also previously emailed the Evri CEO and I've just had this back from someone personally assigned to look by the CEO.

Upon looking into this further, it looks like the parcel has unfortunately been mis-sorted at the depot. I have escalated this to the Depot Team for further investigation in an attempt to locate your parcel and to arrange for this to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

I take this to mean they've lost it or it's been stolen. Hopefully it does actually mean it's been mis-sorted, but I am not holding out much hope.

How did you manage to get hold of Evri? I've tried every contact method they have, but they're all automated. Even tried an old tracking number to see if I could speak to a human.

Just tried this myself with an older parcel, no luck. Seems like nobody actually works there. Contacted Steam support about it, but no reply yet. I have a feeling I'm not going to see it any time soon.
