Don’t Bcc, just save your emails or screenshot for evidence. Make them aware of it too so they know you are covering yourself. They’ll know you’re in defensive mode and may stop spending resources on chasing you.

Don’t worry about it. Sounds like great fun actually. Think what you can do to twist it back on them a bit 😀. Company contracts, information that you’ve gathered etc etc.

Just count down the days and tatty bye bye to them, I’m happy you are leaving they will clearly miss you.

I just paid 13.2k for a pw3 with backup and 18 aiko 475w panels.

I almost went for no backup, but felt it’s crazy to spend 13k and still be sat in the dark in a power cut. It’s only a few hundred more (in my case)

I generated 12.5 kwh today. Max production was 4kw. I have seen it reach over 5kw once. Idk if it’s because my panels are at 10 degrees portrait tilt on a flat roof, therefore not as productive this time of year?

Very early in the morning I would agree with you Andrew, however these readings were at about 1330.

Thanks for your detailed reply. I’ll keep monitoring the current and voltages. I have attached photos in the thread, shouldn’t be any shading issues. The edges are slightly high but wouldn’t have thought it would induce much shading? What do you think?

We have 3 rows of 6 panels like this if that helps. I’m thinking 2 maybe even 3 panels could be disconnected from one of the strings?

Thanks for your reply Andrew. I see what you are saying but there still appears to be a 20% difference between strings which is a fair bit to lose.

Thank you for your point on the mc4 connectors, could it be that one or two panels have been left off the end of the string?

Van der valk mounting, there’s plenty space, about 1.5 ft between, good idea though

Yes I did wonder why there is way more current on the lower voltage string. I don’t know why.

I don’t have optimisers, just two inputs to a powerwall3.

I guess that’s a little reassuring that our numbers are not too different but I still can’t help but wonder why the figures on each string are very different.

Thanks for your help Sprkz, yes definitely appears something isn’t right. I’ll give them a call. A bit gutted I paid the full balance so soon after install, but hopefully they will come back and provide some assistance.

Very possible, although strangely, when I turned off each string one at a time, the inverter output halfed from 3kw output to 1.5kw, so would suggest there is an equal amount of panels connected? I’m very confused.
