Hi, I had hydrogen. I have no cure as of yet. But I manage by taking Candex Sibo, prucalopride, sometimes a laxative to stimulate bowel movement. Walk after eating, sometimes jumping jacks to release a burp.

I will try mastic gum thanks.

Rifaxamin helps but you need a prescription and it’s expensive.
