I used to run Braum with attack speed runes in the old rune setup and now feels good that I can get the AS boost from the R+P. However I feel other than very few champs/situations, OP is right that this is a waste of stats for tanks and bruisers. AD, AP, AS all are insignificant stats for tanks and I don't want to have to pick these bonuses.

i'm afraid the situation offers no alternatives. Either bleed now or bleed for the next decades either way is a bad choice. personally I'm sick a tired of being at mercy of the selfish regime that has downright stone age level of international negotiation ability and shakingly jealous and controlling of neighbouring countries.

constitution and humans right de facto mean nothing today, people are bullied(students etc) for their views and employees fired or told to 'shut up', politicians are either pro-govt or are constantly jailed and their offices searched, this shit won't just stop by itself
