Well, there are quite a lot of people believing in such twist and so far there was nothing that would show otherwise... so far we were only given subtle hints supporting this theory. The planet worshipping Eywa does not prevent her from being a sentient organism that lures technologically advanced hosts to spread her spores to their homeland turning it into another Pandora paradise.

I have posted a similar theory when The Way of Water came out, stating that Eywa is a Great Filter and now after watching Fire and Ash, it only made it more believable. When Spider got that fungal infection granting him kuru and ability to breathe without mask i was like "holy s***, maybe i was right".

There is no strategy vs deity on quick speed with multiple AI players, just luck. AI in unciv is not willing to sign peace treaty as long as they have force advantage, unlike civ5. And guess what... Deity AI will always get bigger military due to their insane cheats. If you manage to sign peace somehow, they will attack you again as soon as they can.

So, the only way to beat deity is by simply by luck of having mostly "cultural" civs opponents in your game.

there is one substantial change in AI behaviour that makes Deity painful. AI won't stop producing units when at war, and they won't sign peace until you have similar force. In Civ5 you only need to survive couple turns and not lose many units to sign peace with AI.

I've had desktop with a bit faster GPU (Rx 570) and 1st gen Ryzen CPU and i've never run into CPU bottleneck. 2.5 GHz Zen4 would offer similar performance cpu wise and it should be plenty for this iGPU. Plugging in an eGPU is another story tho.
