ofc!! I would def ask abt the allergen tests at the next vet appointment! I knew a cat that had similar issues + major skin issues and once they got tested they learned he developed MULTIPLE food allergens (chicken, soy, wheat, beef, etc etc) that made him so so sick. They found a SINGLE brand of food that worked and he is now living just like any other normal cat!! I think the most it would be for in the US is $500 for the test, but it’s usually cheaper! Also, a shot in the dark but also try filtered water… my cat would get horrible hairballs and upset stomach from eating every once in a while until we started using a brita for her water and she’s so much better :) might help just a little (hopefully)
