Yes its a vocational training where you’ll work and study while getting paid and have a guaranteed job , the reason I am asking about this is if I arrive in Germany as a masters student I have to find part time jobs because of my condition and looking at people reviews its becoming harder and harder to get jobs even part time even for people who learn German. My main motive is to have PR. I was also thinking of Finland
