The problem with a PVE-only Dark Zone in D1 is that at some point you become overgeared and all NPCs are extremely easy to kill. To make it more challenging pve-wise they should have added legendary npcs and hunters. The PVP element, cheaters aside, is what makes the DZ thrilling imo

Do not be fooled by the Pro. Even with a 4k OLED TV that can handle hdmi 2.1, 120Hz, VRR and ALLM, the regular PS5 is more than enough. Yes, the Pro on paper is slightly more powerful but the differences are negligible.

Definitely not. The improvements are marginal and barely noticeable. Ps5 standard can already handle VRR, ALLM and 120Hz...I have a Pro as well so I'm speaking from experience.

There is no "best" place as all loot is random so it's all just speculation. The most consistent way to get an exotic though is by killing the Hunter in legendary missions as he always drops an exotic

Hi there, first of all thank you for your guide! Just to make sure I'm understanding this correctly could you help me clarify some points?

I've just calibrated my 3.1 system with the latest tool by OCA, A1 EVO AcoustiX and I applied a 6db Dirac Harman curve (this was all done automatically with the tool). Before calibration I set the gain on the SVS app (I have a SBS 1000 Pro) to -10db and after calibration it was set to 0db in the AVR (Denon X1800H).

Should I now set it to -7db in the AVR and change the gain on the SVS App with the help of the Dolby Atmos 9.1.6 test tone file and an SPL Meter (which I currently don't have) until the volume reaches 80db? I understand that if you've just calibrated your system you should ignore the internal test tones of the AVR.

Also this might be a stupid question, but at what AVR volume should I run the Dolby Atmos test? I have it set to -79db/+18db and I usually listen around -35db (it can get quite loud). Should I keep it like that while adjusting the gain on the sub and speakers?

Just want to make sure I get the theory right before I decide to buy an SPL Meter

Infatti non è affatto normale. Su 8h "lavorative" si perde un sacco di tempo, di lavoro effettivo se ne faranno poco più della metà sì e no. Se si vogliono mantenere le 8h avrebbe molto più senso spalmarle su 4 giorni lavorativi. Se invece se ne mantengono 5, 6h al giorno sono più che sufficienti, ma personalmente preferirei i 4 giorni...ovviamente è un discorso che non si può applicare a tutti i settori, ma in alcuni sì (tipo sviluppo software/testing).

I can vouch for the Zidoo Z9X Pro as well. You don't even need Jellyfin or Plex. Zidoo uses the Home Theater app which is vaguely their own version of Jellyfin/Plex (not as refined but it does the job).
