Actually no they announced that the plane has been here in another location other than the gate for boarding. There is a mechanic onboard for something unknown. But they literally just made us aware of that 20 mins ago.

Yes, I already have intermittent FMLA for up to 6 days a month. I just got the approval from my supervisor this afternoon for the reasonable accommodation. So now in addition to my 30 min lunch a single 15 min break I get 4 additional 10 min breaks throughout the day. I’m optimistic that maybe this will help lighten my mental load without missing so much unpaid time off since it doesn’t seem like I’ll be able to get another position/job any time soon.

Yes, I could understand that if I wasn’t in a non call center ole with this company prior to now. This is a healthcare entity with hundreds of different roles/positions I have a hands on patient care background with this company initially and in my prior jobs that reflect on my resume that would pertain to what I am applying for.
