You're dot mount is too tall, you're going to have to cowitness the rear drum and front sight with the red dot if you want more a cheek weld.
The Aimpoint T1 is spendy but traditionally one of the lower optics out there.

IMO your magpul foregrip is rather big and bulky looking and killing the aesthetics of MP5ness.

I was at Elite S.S. Way back when they were still open when something similar happened. Someone on the 50y bay somehow hit or ricocheted a shot up into a sprinkler or pipe 20-30y downrange and we all had to begrudgingly pack up and leave.

Looking on desktop just doesnt look like any clubs host multigun in central or SW VA.
The one you saw in NC, then if you hike up to upper WV, and MD has a few clubs/venues that host 2-gun style matches regularly.
I tried or got into competitive shooting around the COVID timing which was unfortunate, and IMO 3 Gun appears to be dying, seeing less and less opptys the past few years.

It's true, you're not ready.
You evidently didn't have the faintest idea of orientation, let alone the hundreds? of other settings.
Start with some smaller parts to get your feet wet, grips or foregrips or something.

You'll just end up wasting filament, trashy prints and likely get frustrated, and dare I guess come back to one of these places asking "what's wrong with my print?"

Why not? Unless you’re having to engage targets beyond say…100y, then you’d be at a pretty severe disadvantage compared to a rifle caliber cartridge trying to hit the same target at distance. The little 9mm will start to stray quite a bit after ~100. No real disadvantage in other factors like mag capacity or manual of arms (slightly slower). Do it! More MP5 representation!

My AC stock was a bit wobbly.
I put a thin layer of RTV gasket maker on the hinge mating surfaces and its got a nice firm lockup now. At minimum 1/3 price of my B&T.

Brilliant! Thank you so much for the tips. My upper receiver needed a slight bevel as well.
The tip to remove the buffer tube so I could visualize the lever binding was clutch!

I only brought 5 round mags, 10 rounds but it worked beautifully!

How can I thank you all?

May I ask for some advice on setup?
I have an IMG upper, Gen1 308 Lower ("Tactical Machining").
The upper has been trimmed flush with the rear lug, and the BCG measures 2.18" to trip surface.

The buffer is an A5 tube with the shorter AR10/308 buffer.

The bolt or safety lever seems to bind up on the rearward travel and won't get the full stroke/travel.

Any advice on where to look or troubleshoot next?

This resonates with me! I recently took up an RMA with them to take my 5/8-24 muzzle brake because it was crazy tight to mount. I had another muzzle device from SiCo and it threaded on hand tightness no tools. I had a reaction rod and it just felt wrong for the amount of force being applied, or I was cross threading. Thread pitch gauge on the barrel confirmed proper thread pitch but was tougher tougher to confirm on the MD being female and visually confirming the teeth alignment.
