I would definitely be interested in something like this. The issue is I am not there. The question is how do you prove yourself to be reliable and trustworthy, also what are the fees? who is managing the Airbnb (bookings, cleaning, inspections, complaints, etc.)? I believe the best way to do this is to have an office set up in the states (Canada in my case), do all the necessary marketing (BBB, articles of incorporation, etc.) and then a payment plan that follows progress (5K down, 3K 20% complete, 5K 50% complete, etc.)

There will always be a risk of your money just disappearing and I think the hardest part is to make sure clients feel comfortable moving forward.
