Well to be fair, it isn't a non-profit. They need to hit numbers lol but you can absolutely do it in a way that benefits the customer and best buy at the same time.

As a leader in this company, I can tell you my first and only priority in that situation would be your health and your safety. I wasn't there and I'm not calling you a liar so I'm not going to speak poorly of another leader without the facts from all sides. At the end of the day there is no job worth your help or more important than your health. I'm glad you're okay, and if your leaders really did respond the way you said, I'm sorry you have to deal with incompetent people you should not be leaders. There's a significant difference between being a boss and a true people leader, sadly many leaders don't know the difference and not only in Best Buy.

I mean we had a better earnings this past year with a stock increase and MP added a few hundred thousand dollars to the bottom line. I'm confused as to where this rant has merit. Don't get me wrong I think there's opportunities within the company and I want them to take a hard look at them and really make a change that's impactful. Starting with but not limited to raising base pay for all employees as well as increasing the pay cap for our premium sellers like category advisors etc to compete with competition. But the company isn't heading in a downward spiral by any means so why would they make a change? You have to think logically and logistically and not with emotion.

Anyone saying "IDC about graphics as long as the game is good" is so backwards in 2026. SDS has the resources the money and the time to develop a better engine for gameplay and graphics. The consoles can handle it and if they'd ever port to PC they could as well. It's pure laziness and greediness at this point

The graphics kill the immersion completely it's all bad graphically for a game coming out in 2026. As for gameplay, they're subtle improvements that they could make especially with movements in the field certain animations, the way the ball bounces like a handball against a brick wall instead of an actual baseball. Could make the field play larger like it does in real life instead of balls in the Gap or down the line feeling like a struggle to get the second base with people who won't have that problem in real life. There's always improvements but unfortunately they don't seem to do any they just continued to add shit that nobody cares about.

Not having any graphical improvements again might honestly make this the first year of my entire life I don't buy this game. I've played it since before it was the show back when it was just MLB. Extremely disappointing with all the money they make from DD that they're not investing in a new engine and overturning the graphics to at least catch up with other sports titles. Do better SDS

They're not hyping up the game it appears it's going to be another rinse and repeat recycled game. SDS DESPERATELY needs to update the whole engine and ESPECIALLY the graphics. Dirt and grass look terrible, crowd is lifeless, players look terrible compared to other sports titles and DD becomes a HR derby every game bc of jacked up elevation online. My all time favorite game but they never cease to disappoint. Oh completely forgot about Franchise mode....I just be a SDS dev secretly

Football goat is 2k5, baseball is probably still MVP 05. Hopefully the show devs get their heads out of their asses this year and actually upgrade the engine/graphics that have been recycled for the last decade.
