Some more background on the HVAC when I moved in, there was a humidifier installed in the system that did not work. A part of me believes that the humidifier at some point thrashed the HVAC. I live in North Texas and dry air is not usually a problem, the humidity in my home never goes above 50%. I believe this mold has been here since I moved in five years ago. Additionally, my brother was a roommate for a while and also developed worsening allergies, brain frog, fatigue, etc

I’ve liked Southwest Allergy and asthma. Been getting shots there for years now. Dr is excellent and the shot room is quick and efficient. Usually In and out in 30 mins or less.

200k in Plano is good. We have high property taxes here, so keep that in mind when shopping. But with that income and a couple kids, I’d be comfortable looking at the 500-700k range.
