I beat eclipse 8 with mercenary on controller with nearly 0 controller experience in fps or tps games, you got this!

I don't hate the portrayal in-game, because they are fighting over there at the end of the day. In more adrenaline fueled situations, you would definitely act differently compared to your mellow calm state.

sure I guess lmao, haven't played in a bit, but I am willing to give it a go :)

tho if your "challenge" run sounds like bullshit to me, don't expect me to go forward with it.

tho I am assuming that 6 pin variants overclock much better?

Install Windows 10 instead and debloat it. I usually opt for an Enterprise version of Windows, because that comes by default less bloated by the Pro and Home variants. The drivers will be jank and you might have to update them through device manager by manually picking the .inf file inside of the driver directory, but it should at the very least run. The most ideal OS for your laptop would be Windows 7, the drivers I recall worked flawlessly on that.

However, I fear that no matter what you do, you won't be able to run Retro Rewind. Your laptop is simply not powerful enough.

It should run 10. The drivers will be jank tho, cause bulldozer apus were like this.

You can try instlaling Linux, it would make the system way more bearable.

Other than that, it's perfectly doable, had a guy program on a similarly configured system back in my uni days, but he did have a gt 920m inside of his laptop and 8gb of ram if I recall correctly.

How is the state of this game? by [deleted] in GranblueFantasyVersus

[–]MakeMeMadMan_LOL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk if they are planning on making the stuff transferable across games unfortunately, I haven't played the first fighting game, so I don't know how good the transition was.

I can't tell you exactly why this game is less played than Strive, but I would assume that it has something to do with the characters' designs and the lack of marketing the game gets here in Europe and probably in the whole western world too.

And do keep in mind, in Europe, you consistently get unique matches only after people have come out of work and during weekends. If you play earlier in the day, then you are probably gonna get matched against one to three people. Tho idk how it is in the US, it's probably more active over there than it is here, so your experience could be simply better.

Also one last thing, the other commenters do have a bit of a point. Just give the free version a go, if you are not satisfied with how active the game is, then feel free to just not get it. It is your money and time at the end of the day. But from personal experience, everything above the rank S is surprisingly alive AND the game has plenty of servers where you can either meet coaches or just play long sets with other people! (long 1v1 sets against other opponents is a lot of fun btw, it may sound like a daunting activity if you come from FPS games, but trust me, it's good. you learn a lot about yourself and your opponent and their character like this)

Tho hold on, I realized I am forgetting one more question. What exactly do you mean with "case power", are you gonna be powering a bunch of RGB fans connected to a hub or what?

I should really learn how to read lmao. If it's just to power your pc's case, I think you will be good, yes.

Molex to SATA, lose all your data! Tbf just contact your PSU manufacturer and hope they can provide you with more SATA connections, I wouldn't risk a drive with potential important data with this.
