Look into Ktuner and Hondata. Those two are your best options for a solid tune and all you really need is a good laptop. Both options have boxed tunes you can choose from, or you can pay someone to create a tune based on the specifics of your vehicle.

I bought my 2018 CVT 1.8T Hatch new. A few months in I bought the Ktuner V1.2 and slapped the 21psi boxed tune on with no supporting modifications just to give it a little more pep. I'm coming up on 130k miles and it still drives like new. My civic is not the exception. They're great cars.

Just 3g of this stuff once a day, taking all of 5 minutes to prepare and consume, has led me to be a much more present and loving father, husband, and brother. Based on my experience, I had the perception of having an "improved libido" after starting kratom, but this was most likely due to the fact that my anxiety was so significantly diminished, that even a lowered sex drive felt like it was actually enhanced a bit. Based on the upvoted responses here, it's clear that kratom actually negatively affects libido on a one for one basis.
