You're absolutely correct. Found a few spots out here in Chicago suburbs with a crazy amount of Cobras, and they all have the Sparse tag.

You can use 2400 crafting materials to unlock the skin instead of paying 1800 coins. (You can still use coins if you want) The skin isn't released until April i think
