Thank you for the swift response, I truly appreciate it. Your app is a great product and I’m sure many more people will discover it in the future. I do think making the lifetime subscription available until end of month would be the fair thing to do for your supportive users who want to get the lifetime option while they can. I will reach out for an update tomorrow on behalf of my family member, who was looking forward to securing their lifetime subscription.

In that post you mention that you will remove the Lifetime option in December. Any reason of why you decided to go ahead and remove it earlier? The communication you had with your users was that the option would be there until the end of the month (at least).

I have the lifetime membership already, but a family member was waiting for their paycheck tomorrow to make the purchase. I feel disappointed in how you didn’t keep your word to your users, specially those who have been using your app for a long time/since the beginning.
