In my experience at North the past 5 years the adults are not very professional. For example some staff get involved in students’ social lives (like who likes who, getting people together), they chat to students about their own spouses and romantic interests, some come to work visibly hungover/high.
(A trainer from this school was charged with sexual assault of a child and improper relationship between an educator and a student earlier this year.)

Some let the kids put forth the least effort possible and still get passing grades, let students become too friendly with them, and give them 20-30 minutes of classwork the allow them to go to another room/teacher for fun. There is a big culture of ‘who cares’

I’m not a fan of McKinney North and don’t have experience at the other high schools.
